BIOMAX SHEET SELECTION GUIDE

Choose the sheet size and finish that suit your room.

BioMax is available as 2.0 mm antimicrobial PVC wall cladding in white and selected pastel colours. Start with your wall dimensions and layout, then decide which finish works for the space.

Compare sheet sizes
2.0 mm Listed sheet thickness
1.22 m Width of both sheet sizes
Two lengths 2.44 m and 3.05 m

START WITH THE DIMENSIONS

Compare the two sheet sizes.

Both options have the same listed 2.0 mm thickness and 1.22 m width. The choice of length affects handling, cuts and where joins may be needed.

STANDARD LENGTH 2.44 m

2.44 × 1.22 m

A useful starting point for many standard-height walls. Consider how the sheet will be delivered, carried into the room and positioned around existing fittings.

Approximate gross sheet area 2.98 m²
LONGER SHEET 3.05 m

3.05 × 1.22 m

Worth considering for taller walls where a single sheet can cover the required height. Check access, handling space and the proposed layout before choosing it.

Approximate gross sheet area 3.72 m²

Gross area is length multiplied by width. It does not allow for openings, cuts, joins, fitting details or waste.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A LENGTH

Measure more than the wall height.

Record the finished height and width of each wall, then mark doors, windows, corners, services and changes in level. Think about where a vertical joint will fall and whether the sheet can reach the installation area intact.

A longer sheet may reduce horizontal joins on a tall wall, but only when the dimensions and access make it practical. The best layout is the one you can install and finish properly across the whole room.

CHOOSING THE LOOK

White or a softer colour?

White provides a familiar hygienic wall finish. Pastel shades offer a way to coordinate the wall with the rest of an interior while staying within the BioMax range.

White satin

A clean, neutral option for a wide range of rooms.

Pastel Blue

A soft, cool colour for a calm interior scheme.

Pastel Green

A muted green option for gentle colour variation.

Pastel Cream

A warmer finish where bright white is not preferred.

Pastel Grey

A restrained neutral tone with a softer appearance.

Check the actual finish before specifying.
